Project Description
We are seeking an experienced Web3 developer to work on **CareProof**, an existing application built using Next.js, TypeScript, wagmi, viem, Solidity, and Hardhat.
1. Tasks to be completed
1). Connected wallet summary bar
Add a persistent bar displaying:
* The test ETH balance of the connected wallet
* The number of confirmed records associated with that address
* The current block number fetched directly from the RPC node
The information must update without requiring a manual page refresh.
2). On-chain access verification
Add a feature to verify—directly via the smart contract—whether an address currently has access to a selected record.
The result must be displayed before executing a transaction to grant or revoke access.
The local database must not be used as the source for this verification.
3). Transaction and event history
Add a panel to the record details page that:
* Reads events directly from the smart contract
* Filters events based on the record's blockchain ID
* Decodes key information
* Displays results in chronological order
* Clearly handles loading, no-data, and error states
The existing local history must not be used as the source.
2. Technical Environment
* Next.js 14
* React
* TypeScript
* wagmi
* viem
* Solidity
* Hardhat
* Prisma
* SQLite
* Tailwind CSS
* Local Hardhat EVM network
* MetaMask or injected wallet
3. Desired Profile
We are looking for someone with practical experience in:
* Wallet integration within a React or Next.js application
* wagmi, viem, or ethers.js
* Smart contract read and write operations
* Solidity events and blockchain logs
* Transaction receipts and statuses
* EVM networks
* Development within an existing repository
* Git and development branching
Please include a GitHub profile, portfolio, or an example of a previously built dApp.
4. Project Logistics
* No real funds, real medical data, or real private keys will be used
* Estimated duration: approximately one workday
* Start date: [desired date]
* Deadline: [date, time, and time zone]
* Budget: [fixed budget in euros]
5. This assignment may lead to a discussion regarding a long-term collaboration, though no future collaboration is guaranteed.
In your proposal, please specify:
* Your experience with wagmi and viem
* An example of a smart contract integration
* Your availability
* Your fixed rate for all three tasks combined
