Hello,
I am looking for a freelance accountant/bookkeeper to assist me with my first VAT return for a newly established Dutch BV (Wooncraft BV).
Scope of work (estimated 1–2 hours):
Review and check my Moneybird administration
Verify VAT settings and categories
Prepare and submit the VAT return for Q4 2025
Situation: no revenue yet, only costs with VAT (VAT refund expected)
Advise briefly if anything needs correction for future quarters
Deadline:
VAT return must be submitted before 31 January 2026
