Functieomschrijving:
Delivery of contract engineering for contracts and support to Contract Owners and Contract Holders in line with Contract Management Strategy. Primary point of contact for internal and external contract users, focussing mainly  but not exclusively on commercial and contractual issues.
 

• Lead/co-ordinate/support tender processes (including development of workscopes and terms and conditions) for all new contracts as appropriate, including preparation of client documentation.
• Develop contract terms and conditions in accordance with management policies to transfer risk within the Supply Chain.
• Propose and process contract variations to reflect changing circumstances.
• Evaluate and maintain contract agreements and their performance.
• Develop, create and implement contract specific content for contract documentation and SAP Outline Agreement set up.
• Ensure proper measurement and monitoring of contractors performance (commercial and operational).
• Coordinate communications between contract users and contractors, (FPAL assesments, monthly reports, contract meetings, etc.) where applicable.
• Identify and communicate potential claims/issues/trends from contractor performance.
• Lead/co-ordinate/support resolution of contractor claims and issues.
• Identify and mitigate contract risk.
• Assess contractor proposals and propose recommendations to management to maximise benefits and efficiencies from contractor activities.
• Agree and process contractor bonds and guarantees as appropriate.
• Assist HSEQ in respect of any audit requirements.
• Deliver support to Supply Chain, Contract Holders and Owners as required.
• Provide advice and support functions and management as required. 

 
Functie-eisen:
Experience of Contract Engineering or Supply Chain Management (minimum of five years) within relevant industry.
Experience and knowledge of Shell EPE13, Contract management procedures and templates.
Commercial background.
