Accountant report wanted for a rental property

Dear freelancers,

I fairly quickly need an accounting/audit report to rent a house and am looking for a freelancer to prepare this for me. I'm not actually entirely sure what is required - I have been in touch with BlueUmbrella who told me it was a "rather ridiculous" thing for the housing association to ask for.

In Dutch, what I require is:
To submit an audit report certified by a certified accountant (at least of the last two annual figures).

I have been self-employed since I arrived in the country and until now have done all of the administration myself with what I would call detailed accounts. I provide services rather than goods so I have relatively few transactions (mostly travel expenses).

Since I need the reports to merely qualify for housing rental, I'd ideally not want to spend a great deal on them.
