Test Lead

We are looking for a Test Lead.

Role Definition:
As a member of the BES Dollarisation program team, manage and support all test management activities for the BES Dollarisation program. The Test Lead is responsible for delivering the BES Dollarisation testing on time and within budget while meeting all quality objectives.

Activities to include:
- Provide guidance and direction to the BES Dollarisation Testing Team
- Develop and document the BES Dollarisation Master Test Plan, and supporting artifacts, for Functional System Test (FST) and System Integration Test (SIT) test phases
- Develop and maintain the BES Dollarisation Test Execution plan for FST and SIT test phases
- Manage the following as they pertain to the Testing Team:
o Structure - Leads & Testers
o Roles & Responsibilities
o Work streams as they pertain to modules
- Oversee the development and/or augmentation of test artifacts required for test execution, including test scenarios, test cases, etc. for FST and SIT test phases
- Provide daily and weekly status reports and metrics to Program management team
- Lead on going evaluation of outstanding defects and test case impacts; review defects in the Defect Mgmt system with a view to balancing day-to-day activities for Testing
- Provide informal on-the job training and support - Test Methodology, Principles and Approach
- Provide feedback for Performance metrics in preparation for Team's Performance Appraisals' in the latter part of the year
- Manage Testing documents including uploads to the Program Portal

Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- Test design, planning and execution management;
- Defect Management;
- Financial industry knowledge
