Urgent: Composition statement & IND Form 7612 signature (48 h max)

Context
• My partner (non-EU entrepreneur based in Amsterdam) am filing an IND "Zelfstandig ondernemer" residence-permit application (form 7524, target code 377).
• The IND requires a completed and signed "Declaration of income of self-employed person – Appendix 7612" plus an accompanying compilation report.

Assignment
• Review my draft Form 7612 (already filled) + 3-year financial forecast, Chamber of Commerce extract, bank-balance proof and business plan.
• Issue a *compilation report* in Dutch, on your letterhead, in line with RJ-COS 4410.
• Complete and sign Section 5 of Form 7612 (digital signature acceptable).
• Return both documents as searchable PDF so I can upload to the IND portal.

Timing
• Documents will be sent to you the same day the assignment is awarded.
• **Final signed PDF must be delivered within 24–48 hours.**

Budget
• Fixed fee **€ 100 – 150 excl. VAT**. Please confirm your all-in price in the reply.

Requirements
• You are a Dutch-registered RA or AA accountant **or** NOAB/RB-certified administration-/ tax advisor with valid **BECON-number** (IND will verify).
• Able to issue a composition statement in Dutch.
• Familiar with IND self-employed visa filings is a plus.
