Looking for: Specialised Maritime Electrical TEAM for International Shipbuilding Project

We are seeking a specialised maritime electrical engineering team (consultancy firm) to take on the complete electrical scope, including basic and detailed engineering phases, over a 24-month project duration. The vessel will be constructed and commissioned in Vietnam requiring expertise in international maritime electrical standards and remote collaboration with the Netherlands-based engineering management team.

Key project responsibilities involve:
- Designing the vessel’s electrical power distribution, control systems, and integration of subsystems.
- Preparing all relevant electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, cable routing plans, and technical documentation.
- Supporting procurement specifications, interface definitions, and installation guidelines.
- Mainly remote work with the occasional on-site commissioning support in the Netherlands and Vietnam

We are looking for a capable team structure including:
- 1 Project Lead with proven experience managing large-scale maritime electrical projects.
- 3-4 Electrical Engineers (Detailed design, integration, commissioning support)

Important: We are not looking for individual candidates but for a small, specialised consultancy team with the capacity and experience to take full ownership of the electrical engineering scope for this project.
Your team should be able to provide dedicated personnel covering project lead and electrical engineering roles and demonstrate successful delivery of similar maritime projects.
