Request for Quotation – Financial Model Review and IND/RVO

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are currently in the final stage of preparing an IND/RVO application for a residence permit as zelfstandige ondernemers for a two-partner Vennootschap onder Firma (V.O.F.) based in Arnhem.

As part of the application (IND form 9531), we have prepared a detailed 36-month financial model, including profit and loss projections, balance sheets and cash flow forecasts.

We are looking for professional support for the following:

• Review of the 36-month financial model
• Assessment of the reasonableness and consistency of the assumptions
• Verification that the model aligns with Dutch tax and accounting practices
• Issuance of a formal written statement (verklaring), confirming:

the plausibility of the financial projections

the expected level of income for both partners

the financial continuity and sustainability of the business

We kindly request that the statement be issued on your company letterhead and signed and stamped by an authorized representative.
