My name is Fuko Kan, and I am Japanese. I was granted a residence permit for ZZP/self-employment.

I recently received a request from the tax authorities for the following documents regarding my business:

a current balance sheet showing the invested amount (€4,500 or more) under equity, prepared or verified by an authorized external expert;

a recent bank statement of the business account showing the invested amount;

a recent KvK extract.

The deadline stated in the letter is May 24, so I would appreciate it if you could let me know whether you are able to assist with preparing or verifying the balance sheet, and what your fee would be.
