We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordination to support business operations and drive cultural and organizational initiatives across multiple offices.
In this role, you will act as a key point of coordination between regional teams, offices, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal processes. You will also play an important role in organizing regional events and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support and contribute to organizational culture change initiatives across regional offices
Coordinate and collect office reports from various locations within the West region
Organize and manage regional golf events and corporate engagements in collaboration with Draka and Signify
Ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance activities across offices
Act as a liaison to coordinate activities between product groups/regions and local offices
Plan and schedule meetings with strategic and core suppliers
Manage and coordinate vendor-related activities and communications
Review and verify workflow invoices for accuracy and process alignment
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Experience in Administrative / PMO / Project Coordination roles
Proven ability in stakeholder management across multiple teams or locations
Good understanding of Excel and reporting processes
Experience in vendor coordination and communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in event management or corporate event coordination
Exposure to compliance and administrative processes
Experience working in a corporate or multi-location environment
