Role description:
As a Network Engineer you will work together with a multidisciplinary team on our important network infrastructure. This way you ensure that our infrastructure meets high quality requirements, is always available and safe. Within our infrastructure department you will use your network experience and knowledge. With your position you are crucial.
As a Network Engineer you will be used to contribute to the complete transformation of various networks into a single, future-proof network landscape with your unique knowledge and experience. Your tasks include setting up and managing backups, implementing advanced monitoring, and making capacity usage visible. In addition, you will play an active role in setting up renewed infrastructure that results in a future-proof network landscape.
You will work with the production teams, and product owners to increase the productivity and predictability of various networks step by step. You set up your service and act as a sparring partner for product owners.
The requested resutates in this assignment are not only material. It is important in this assignment that work is done on a common understanding of each other and of the situation and context in which the relevant matters take place, so that this leads to joint principles as a foundation to strengthen cooperation.
Must haves:
Candidate prefers CCNA certification
Candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a network engineer or in a similar role
Candidate has at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the same or similar role within an enterprise environment
Candidate is able to apply creative solutions within the domain of the work based on his own knowledge and experience and to anchor and document them within the standing organization.
Candidate has demonstrable work experience at HBO work and thinking level.
Candidate is able to act both independently and in a team, in which candidate manages to take on a leading, proactive role
Candidate has experience working Agile in multidisciplinary teams
