I'm looking for someone who can help me create a professional, data-driven market analysis for my one-person business, Pam in Media, based in Groningen.
About me and my business:
Pam in Media helps small local businesses and community projects with personalized social media support (strategy, content, and account management). I currently have three clients and would like to strengthen my business plan with a convincing market analysis — something I can also use for a ZZP visa application.
What I'm looking for:
A freelancer who can:
- Research market size and demand for social media services among small businesses in Groningen (data from credible sources)
- Analyze local trends.
- Compare competitors (local freelancers, small agencies) and show where my business stands out.
- Include pricing comparisons and realistic projections for sustainability, for example how many clients are needed to operate steadily).
- Tables, charts, or short summaries welcome.
Goal:
To have a market analysis that answers these questions:
