Review Patreon Terms & GDPR Privacy Policy (EU/NL Law)

Hi! I am a Dutch creator launching an international Patreon subscription for online dance classes (€8,99/month). I have already drafted my Terms & Conditions (including a Medical Liability Waiver) and my Privacy Policy in English.

I am looking for a Dutch legal professional (or a law student with solid contract/digital law experience) to do a final review of these drafts.

Your task:

- Check the documents for compliance with Dutch/EU consumer law (specifically regarding subscriptions, the right of withdrawal, and GDPR).

- Platform Pricing Variations: Please include a clause in the Terms stating that the subscription price may vary depending on the platform or device used to sign up (e.g., Apple App Store iOS app vs. Patreon Web browser) due to third-party app store fees.

- Check my Participant Agreement (a short media release for 2 students I will train for free in exchange for using the footage on social media).

Important context:
You do NOT need to research music rights. I am using AI-generated music with full commercial licenses, so copyright claims are out of scope for this review.
