Background
We are looking for an experienced freelance specialist to support us in restoring access to multiple Meta accounts (Facebook and/or Instagram). The accounts are currently inaccessible due to loss of login credentials, an account block, or a suspension by Meta.
Scope of Assignment
The specialist is requested to:
Perform a full diagnosis of the status of each account (blocked, hacked, suspended, or otherwise inaccessible)
Identify the most suitable recovery route per account via official Meta channels
Draft and submit objection procedures and recovery requests on our behalf Oversee
any identity verification processes required by Meta
Coordinate and maintain communication with Meta Support
Advise us on preventive measures after recovery (two-factor authentication, backup methods, account security)
Required Skills and Experience
Demonstrable experience with successful recovery of Meta accounts in similar situations — references or case descriptions required
Thorough knowledge of Meta's official appeals and recovery processes
No use of third-party tools, unofficial methods, or violations of Meta's terms of use
Strong communication skills in English (communication with Meta typically takes place in English)
Transparency regarding case-by-case feasibility prior to commencement of work
Expected Deliverables
Account status report with recommended approach
Drafted and submitted remediation requests / objections
Progress reporting during the process
Final report with outcome and recommendations for future account security
Timeline
We expect an initial diagnosis within 2-3 working days after the assignment is awarded. The total turnaround time depends on Meta's response times, but we request a realistic estimate in advance.
Remuneration
Remuneration based on an hourly rate or fixed project price, to be discussed. Partial payment after initial diagnosis; remaining payment upon completion. No full upfront payment.
