Projectomschrijving:
To assist and support customer"s with the design, build and implementation of directory synchronization based on FIM we are urgently looking for a senior FIM architect.

Introduction:
To further enhance the means collaboration that support customer business recently the Mail, Calendar and Collaboration Program has started. Amongst other things the Program will be implementing SharePoint 2010, Exchange 2010 and Lync 2010 for customer and all of its subsidiary organizations.

For the Mail and Calendaring stream in a four year period the existing Domino server infrastructure will be replaced by a Central service, based on Exchange 2010.

As a part of the transition and because of the chosen time frame a "coexistence service" will be build to secure seamless integration of Exchange and Domino based mail and calendar functionality. An important part of this "coexistence service" is Directory
Synchronization between all existing AD forests and Domino directories which will be based on Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM).
Furthermore FIM will play a future role in potential mergers and acquisitions.

Applicable Environment
The target environment of customer is the existing mail and calendaring environment consisting of a Domino Infrastructure (version 6.5 and up), Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007. Customer is using Active Directory as their strategical directory and currently
multiple (10+) forests exist. For coexistence (free/busy lookups and message fidelity) during the transition from "as-is" to "to-be" either Quest or Binary Tree solutions will be used.

Responsibilities:
Capture the current ("as-is") FIM based DirSync solution in a Functional, Technical and Procedural document
Based on the existing High Level Design and Functional Descriptions develop the "to-be" FIM based DirSync solution in a Functional, Technical and Procedural document
Create a Detailed Design and Implementation Plan to move the FIM based DirSync solution from "as-is" to "to-be"
Execute the Implementation plan and thus actually implementing the needed DirSync functionality for the MC&C Program.

Fluent in English both verbal as in writing
