I am converting my Dutch residence permit to self-employment residence permit and I need professional support with the financial documents required by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND).
Specifically, I am looking for a registered bookkeeper or accountant who can:
- Review financial plan (3 year projection of P&L + cash flow + investment/financing budget) of my business plan.
- Validate assumptions and verify projections for income and cost.
- Complete and sign the official IND form:
“Declaration on income of self-employed person” (Declaration of income of self-employed person).
Ensure that the figures are consistent with my tax returns and Tax Authorities assessments.
What I will provide:
- Business plan document + financial plan outputs (budgets and cashflow tables). Financial plan is 3 page word doc summary + 4 excel sheets filled with auto calculation in Qredits template.
- Any additional evidence you request (bank statements, savings proof)
Requirements:
- Experience as a bookkeeper /accountant /tax advisor in the Netherlands.
- Ability to review and sign official IND documents.
- Familiarity with requirements for immigration applications is a plus.
Deliverables:
- Completed and signed IND declaration (scanned PDF).
Timeline:
Within the next 1–2 weeks.
