I am looking for an accountant or administrator with an active BECON number to prepare and sign financial documents for an IND application.

The assignment includes:
• Completing and signing current IND Form 7612;
• Preparing an opening balance;
• Preparing a three-year turnover and profit forecast;
• Preparing a three-year liquidity forecast;
• Documenting the underlying financial assumptions; and
• Providing the required compilation declaration under Standard 4410H.

My sole proprietorship is a pre-revenue software business without a completed financial year. The first software applications are scheduled to launch this month. I therefore specifically need a professional experienced with IND applications for starting entrepreneurs.

I have already prepared the business plan and draft financial documents, including a draft opening balance and draft turnover, profit and liquidity forecasts.
