With nearly 20 years of experience in hospitality and hotels,
I built my career in the Netherlands, working in several busy hotels in Amsterdam between 2019 and 2023.
During this time, I gained extensive expertise in Food & Beverage, Front Office and Operations, always with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and efficient processes.
Since 2024, I have been working independently as a freelancer (ZZP’er), supporting hotels with operational support, management tasks.
Thanks to my background, I can be both hands-on in daily operations and strategic in optimizing processes and developing concepts.

F&B Management - venue management, planning, supplier relations, cost control, and team coordination.
