- Analysis of the existing situation (processes, departments, employees, knowledge, important and storable data, efficiency, ICT solutions and service management)
- Identification of weaknesses and improvements (raising the ICT service level, integration of AI) i.c.w. Heads of department
- GAP analysis between the existing situation and the desired situation
- Implementation of the strategic transformation plan with the stakeholders and the C-level
from roadmap, planning & design, implementation, to rollout & hypercare
(Expiring solutions and replacement with new solutions, end-2-end implementation of the solutions
