Over Nick
My name is Nick Vlijm, I’m 22 years old, and I’m highly driven in the field of ICT.
Since April 12, 2022, I have been running my own business, NV-IT, and I’m open to exciting projects and challenges within the ICT sector.
As a freelancer, I’ve worked on a variety of assignments — from fieldwork at festivals across the Netherlands to periodic shifts at a service desk. Two completely different environments, but both equally valuable learning experiences. During my time in fieldwork, I gradually took on more network engineering tasks for the company GIGTech, and in 2025 I had the opportunity to work as an engineer at the largest Dutch festival, Defqon.1.
On July 18, I received my diploma from Deltion College, where I completed the Expert IT Systems and Security (Level 4) program.
