Mission
Schedule appointments with cold leads. Utilize our resources, sequences, and tools. Route qualified opportunities to the account manager.
Responsibilities
Assess interest and schedule appointments in the calendar.
* Execute daily outbound activities via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
* Personalize your outreach using our ICP definitions and resources.
* Execute multi-step sequences and iterate based on metrics.
* Keep CRM data clean and report pipeline movements.
Come to the Hellevoetsluis office at least twice a month, preferably weekly.
Requirements
* Based in the Netherlands and able to visit Hellevoetsluis.
* Experience in B2B outbound, software, or engineering is a plus.
* Strong written and verbal skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
* Process discipline, responsibility for statistics, ability to work independently
* Freelancer with a valid work permit .
Compensation
: Commission-based with a negotiable fixed amount. For reference: for a full-time workweek, the fixed amount can be approximately €1,000 per month, depending on experience and hours.
You will earn per concluded contract resulting from your agreements. We define operating profit as twenty percent of the contract value. Two percent of the contract value equals ten percent of operating profit.
Commission per deal
* Two percent of contract value, paid upon customer signature and first invoice
Monthly operating profit accelerator
* Up to €5,000 monthly operating profit, 10 percent share
* €5,000 to €16,000, 12.5 percent share
* Above €16,000, 15 percent share
Indicative examples
* €30,000 contract, €600 commission with 2 percent share of the contract value.
* €100,000 contract, €2,000 commission with 2 percent share of the contract value.
OTE is based on a realistic mix of meetings and average deal sizes, with upside potential for consistent bookers and higher-value deals.
