Freelance Growth Hacker / Performance Marketer / Digital Growth Specialist – Lead Generation (Project-Based)
We’re looking for a freelance growth hacker (or performance marketer / digital growth specialist) with experience in B2B tech and/or SaaS to manage, optimize, and expand lead generation channels. You’ll be responsible for SEA & LinkedIn Ads, while identifying and scaling new growth channels to maximize conversions.
This role requires on-site presence two days per week, working closely with the marketing team.
Key focus areas:
Managing and optimizing Google Ads (SEA) and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation
Testing and scaling new acquisition channels (organic, paid, referral, influencer marketing, etc.)
Optimizing landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for better conversion rates
Implementing marketing automation workflows and data-driven growth strategies
Using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for tracking and optimization
Deliverables:
Improved conversion rates on SEA & LinkedIn Ads
Reports on new lead generation channels with recommendations
Actionable insights from data analysis & experiments
Who we’re looking for:
Experience in B2B tech and/or SaaS (this is a must)
Strong skills in Google Ads (SEA), LinkedIn Ads, and conversion optimization
Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, analytics, and automation tools
Deep knowledge of HubSpot is a big plus, particularly in marketing automation and lead nurturing
Experience with CRO, SEO, and new scalable acquisition strategies
