Your impact, in numbers
- Full P&L ownership over €1.2M+ annual ad spend
- Architect of scalable, system-driven Google Ads accounts
- Target: €22.8K+ weekly net profit, consistently achieved (with monthly performance bonuses)

Your mandate
- Profit maximization — full P&L responsibility for your accounts
- Strategic optimization — design performance-driven campaign structures
- Rapid scaling — make new ad groups profitable within 30 days
- Data-driven decision making — turn analytics into clear action plans
- Quality assurance — review and optimize team output according to our standards

Who you are not
- You’re not a “button-pusher” who tweaks without understanding why.

What you bring
Required
- 4+ years of Google Search experience (focus on €50K+ monthly budgets)
- Strong Google Ads Editor skills and scalable account architecture experience
- Proven track record of profitable performance
- Hypothesis-driven mindset: test ? learn ? scale
- You think in impactful optimizations, not micro-tweaks
- Highly precise with metrics, dashboards, and changelogs
- Comfortable operating in low-margin, high-volume environments
- Clear attack plan for new, winning, losing, and potential ad groups
- You constantly ask: “Why are we doing this this way?”
Bonus:
- Experience in affiliate marketing and/or lead generation
- Native or near-native Dutch proficiency

What we offer
- Base rate: €40–€60/hour (depending on experience)
- Performance bonus: €250–€1,000/month at €80K+ monthly gross profit
- Exit incentive: Equity participation (STAK) after year one
