We are a Romanian construction company (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) with a proven track record in public sector contracts, including:
— Consolidation and modernisation of hospitals (Emergency Clinical Hospital Prof. Dr. Agrippa Ionescu – Ilfov; Spitalul Jude?ean Zal?u Corp C9; PET-CT Centre at Fundeni Hospital, Bucharest)
— Rehabilitation and energy efficiency upgrades for schools and kindergartens
— Construction of sports halls and community centres
— Restoration of Class B historical monuments (Bra?ov County, Bucharest)
— Road rehabilitation works
— Social housing construction
— Metallic structures and photovoltaic system installation
We operate on Romania's SEAP e-procurement platform and are familiar with ESPD and EU procurement principles.
Our Objective – The Netherlands
The Netherlands is a priority market for our international expansion. We are looking for a TenderNed-licensed partner who can support us with:
1. Registration on TenderNed as a foreign business
2. Identification and monitoring of relevant construction tenders (CPV: 45000000, 45215000, 45214000, 45233000, 45454100)
3. End-to-end bid preparation, including translation from Dutch and compliance with Aanbestedingswet 2012
4. Guidance on CO2-Prestatieladder and VCA requirements for foreign construction companies
5. Electronic submission through TenderNed
We Would Appreciate:
— An overview of your TenderService / TenderCoach offering for foreign companies
— Your pricing structure or an indicative quote for the above scope
— Examples of international (non-Dutch) companies you have supported in the construction sector
— Clarification on how you handle Dutch-language documentation for a Romanian-based client
