Hi! I'm looking for a skilled freelance ads specialist to help grow my business through online advertising. My goals are:
1.Increase online sales through my Shopify webshop (skincare products).
2.Drive bookings for my Skin Clinic (facials).
3.Support hiring by running targeted recruitment ads for new aligned staff.
What I need from you:
-Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) for my webshop and services.
-Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for online sales, bookings, and hiring campaigns.
-Create or advise on ad creatives and copy that align with my brand values ??(holistic, high-quality, wellness-focused).
-Track and report on results: reach, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition, etc.
-Recommend budget allocation and strategy for campaigns that deliver measurable results.
-Suggest or implement tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics / GA4) to measure ROI.
Trial & Expectations:
-I'd like to start with a trial period (eg, 1 month) to see if we can achieve clear results in sales, bookings and hiring.
-Weekly updates on campaign performance and suggested optimizations.
-Transparent communication and actionable advice.
Skills / Experience Required:
-Experience managing ads for e-commerce (Shopify), service bookings, and recruitment.
-Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
-Able to work independently, with clear reporting and recommendations.
-Familiarity with the Dutch market and audience targeting is a plus.
Goal:
