Company Overview:

Cellular Performance is a digital performance clinic that uses health data and personalised coaching to help entrepreneurs achieve peak performance.



Position Summary:

We're looking for a data-driven copywriter who can write compelling direct response copy that converts readers into qualified applications. You'll own the entire content funnel from cold ads to email sequences.



Key Responsibilities:

Write 4 reel scripts, 4 meta ad copies, 2 long-form posts, 2 email broadcasts, and 1 YouTube script weekly
Create high-converting VSL scripts, landing pages, and email sequences for one-off campaigns on request
Test copy variations systematically across different channels and analyse performance metrics (retention graphs, CTR, and conversion data) to document findings
Collaborate with video editor to ensure scripts translate into engaging visual content


Required Qualifications

Proven track record writing direct response copy for high-ticket offers (€3k+)
Native Dutch speaker with professional English copywriting skills
Experience optimising full-funnel copy: ads, emails, VSLs, organic content, and landing pages
Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven copy decisions
Self-directed work style with consistent on-time delivery


Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of biohacking, self-development, and entrepreneurship
Experience with email deliverability best practices
Familiarity with Intercom, Slack, and Airtable


Compensation and Benefits:

Base fee: €3,500 monthly (full production phase)
Performance bonus: €50 per no-set qualified application
One-off projects: €1,000 per VSL, email sequence, or landing page
On-track earnings (OTE): €6,500 monthly (at 40 applications/month)


Payment terms: Invoice every 4 weeks, paid within 14 business days



We start with a 1-month email-only phase (€1,500 base, €2,000 OTE) to prove performance before scaling to full production.



Working Arrangements:

Fully remote position (25-30 hours weekly at full capacity)
Complete schedule flexibility with no fixed hours
No required meetings (weekly Slack update only)
Location independent
Freedom to work with other clients (no exclusivity)
