We are looking for an experienced freelance estimator / cost expert for a construction project in the Netherlands (Uden – mosque project, approx. 1,300+ m²).
Duties:
* Studying drawings, specifications, and tender documents
* Preparing a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in Excel
* Extracting quantities for all construction components
* Assisting with cost estimation
IMPORTANT:
The BOQ must be suitable for subcontracting and tendering.
This means:
* Clear separation of packages:
* Structural work (construction)
* Installations (MEP)
* Facade systems
* Finishing / interior
* No mixing of scopes between packages
* Each component must be immediately usable for requesting quotes from subcontractors
Requirements:
* Experience with Dutch construction projects
* Familiar with working from incomplete information (NTB items)
* Structured and clear Excel output
Project includes:
* Concrete structure
* Interior walls and finishing
* Sanitary spaces (repetitive)
* Facade (curtain wall and cladding)
* Exterior works
Start: Immediately
Duration: Short-term assignment (BOQ + cost estimate)
